EFT or emotional freedom technique is a form of therapy that involves tapping on the median points that are typically used for acupuncture. The aim is to re-align the body’s natural energy, through manipulation of these points. By tapping these energy points, the individual experiences a feeling of relaxation and inner calmness which invigorates them.

There are many times in our lives where we feel out of sorts or overloaded, not due to illness but from an emotional perspective. This can be due to a wide myriad of reasons such as work stress, difficult relationships or experiencing loss or perceived rejection.
