Your thoughts can cause or cure your panic attacks. Thoughts are powerful things. There is nothing good or bad, but thinking makes it so. Hamlet You can choose to have a good thought about something or a bad thought. But each will have a different impact on you. So the choice is yours. If you go through life with positive and optimistic thoughts you will generally have a happier time than someone who does the opposite. If you want to live a life that is full and enriching say Yes to life and the opportunities that come your way. If you say I can’t do that, you limit yourself and you and your world become smaller and your confidence doesn’t grow.
