Why hypnotherapy?

Most people who require help have problems that they want resolved in a natural way. Hypnotherapy offers a safe and effective form of therapy that literally helps people overcome a wide variety of issues. Hypnotherapy makes use of hypnosis techniques to ascertain the reasons behind the individual’s problems.

Is hypnotherapy for me?

Hypnotherapy should be conducted by a fully qualified hypnotherapist. I use various tools at my disposal including my knowledge and expertise, with the aim of finding the cause of your problem. Once found we work together to resolve the problem. The improvements that you see will surprise you and often can be seen within a few sessions.

Hypnotherapy is effective for:

  • Alcohol / smoking addiction
  • Stress management and anxiety
  • Self-confidence and motivation problems
  • Blushing, depression and relationship problems
  • Phobias such as public speaking

How long will it take?

For some issues, such as smoking and phobias only one session is usually required. For more complex problems, a minimum of three sessions will be required to bring about long lasting results.

I offer consultations between 9 am – 6 pm during the week and on Saturdays 9.30 am -2.00pm
