Thirdly by changing our responses we’re able to react differently. Instead of experiencing anger, training ourselves to laugh at difficult situations. Or even seeing the positive side of it. Gaining perspective on set-backs helps relieving anger. Applying reason to our thoughts takes practice. But it can be done.
