Finding Your Passion In Life

More and more people are realising that they don’t have to continue going through the motions of life without addressing their own happiness. Everyone is entitled to indulge their own passions and, as a qualified life coach, I can help you.

If you are feeling lost, unhappy or empty, start by readdressing what you love and what you want from life. By making an investment in yourself now, you can reap the rewards tomorrow.

How to Find Your Passion

Many of us get to a certain point in our lives and realise we don’t feel as happy or as fulfilled as we had hoped. Perhaps we have done everything we thought we were ‘supposed’ to do but still feel like we’ve come up empty. Some of us get so bogged down in going through the motions of a daily routine that we forget to take a step back and think about our own life. Could you be happier?

If you don’t feel like you’ve found your passion yet, life coaching can help. Or perhaps you think you know what your passion is but you aren’t sure if and how you could make a living from it, or you want to find a way to make more time for it in your life.

Some common things I hear from my life coaching clients are:

“I’m not sure what I’m passionate about or what would make me happy.”

“It seems like such a large task and I’m not sure where to start.”

“I’m not sure if my dream can support me or my family?”

In order to find your passion in life I can help you explore who you are, what you really want and what practical steps you can take that will contribute to your goal.

To start thinking about your passion you can ask yourself the following five questions:

What are you good at?

What type of people are you jealous of?

What did you love to do as a child?

When are you enjoying yourself so much you lose track of time?

Would I see this journey as an exciting adventure?
